You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
When you submit an order and it is accepted, you enter into a contract to buy the goods and services selected from us on these terms and conditions. Details of when and how you can cancel an order are set out below. We reserve the right to decline any order. Goods and services are subject to availability, in the event that we are unable to supply an item or a service you have selected, we may offer an alternative. We will contact you about this first, if the alternative is not suitable then, where appropriate, a full refund will be given.
All prices quoted are inclusive of value added tax (VAT).
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. Without a valid payment we cannot process your order.
When you place an order online please ensure you provide us with an email address and/or a daytime contact telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order.
You can choose between 1st class (normally takes 1-2 working days) or 2nd class (which normally takes 3-4 working days). The cost of delivery is £4.99 for 1st class or £2.99 for 2nd class.
If you place an order for an available item by 2 pm on a weekday we will do our best to dispatch the order on the same day.
Free delivery is available on orders where the goods cost more than £50.
We can ship to overseas destinations, the cost of delivery will vary depending on the destination country.
We reserve the right to use an alternative courier for selected larger items. This will not impact the cost or timescales of delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team as soon as possible by email to info@minkymonkey.co.uk. It may not always be possible to prevent your order from being prepared and dispatched, in this case, you may be able to return the items to us in accordance with our returns policy (see below). If we receive notice of your cancellation in sufficient time we will cancel the order and, if payment has been taken, we will complete refund to the credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you or your little one are not completely satisfied it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund (less the delivery charges) to the same debit/credit card or Paypal account that was used for purchase. In this case please contact us via email at info@minkymonkey.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject. You do not have to give any reason for returns, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
All returned goods must be unused – that means there are no marks or wear on the item and it must be returned to us in its saleable condition.
We ask that all international customers are aware that all international duties and sales taxes can not be refunded.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you return a product that is faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item.
We advise you to obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damage returns.
We make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure, including name, address. We do not hold credit card information. Credit card payment is made through a secure website. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web.
